The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Business to lead the institution in fostering student success, creating business partnerships, and supporting the mission of expanding educational access. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of responsive and relevant academic programs, as well as fostering a culture of success among faculty and staff. Expanding interdisciplinary connections, creating community and industry partnerships, and strengthening student success are also key responsibilities of the role. The Dean will be expected to steward college resources effectively and elevate the visibility of the College of Business to enhance external resources.
