About the Role

The Senior Vice President - Corporate Finance will be responsible for serving as a strategic finance leader responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s most critical financial initiatives, including capital structuring, mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and long-term value creation. You will lead the development of comprehensive financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses to inform executive decision-making and support corporate strategy. This role requires you to partner closely with the CEO, CFO, business unit leaders, and external stakeholders to evaluate strategic alternatives, execute transactions, and optimize financial results. You will also oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with corporate objectives, present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and boards, and serve as a trusted advisor on key financial decisions that impact growth, risk, and capital efficiency.

You should bring extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or strategic financial leadership, with a strong record of executing complex transactions and influencing business outcomes. A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field is required, and advanced credentials (such as an MBA or CFA) are highly preferred. Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior executives. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities are critical to successfully guide cross-functional teams, influence decision-making at the executive level, and build credibility with investors, advisors, and external partners. A strategic, results-oriented mindset and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments will be key to success in this role.
