About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented VP of Product to lead the development and scaling of its AI-powered care platform. This role is pivotal in redefining the patient experience, combining the empathy of human providers with the power of machine intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the platform, translating strategic bets into scalable, consumer-grade experiences, and defining KPIs to measure success across various dimensions. A key focus will be on driving intelligent automation, seamless human-AI collaboration, and ensuring safety, trust, and medical rigor in every AI-enabled interaction. The VP of Product will also own the mobile app experience, leading the product roadmap, and execution to drive retention, activation, and conversion.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in consumer mobile and/or AI-native platforms. The role requires a proven track record in leading product development in a highly cross-functional setting, deep empathy for users, and a strong sense of product intuition. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and the ability to productize them safely and effectively are essential. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator, a stakeholder manager, and a mission-driven individual who is ambitious and energized by the prospect of building the future of care. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Data, Design, and Clinical partners, is also a key requirement.
