About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in leading operational rhythms and high-touch, client-facing delivery, with a particular focus on modern AI solutions. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the executive team, translating priorities into actionable plans, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from inception to impact. This role demands a leader with a practical understanding of AI capabilities, capable of converting complex concepts into clear options for both the team and clients. The Chief of Staff will be responsible for end-to-end delivery on multiple client engagements, including running discovery, coordinating solution build-outs, and maintaining quality and governance. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a mission-driven, systems-thinking mindset are essential.
Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, client services, program/project management, or strategic support roles, with a proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder projects. AI fluency is a must, with the ability to understand common LLM-enabled use cases and make informed decisions about AI tools and vendors. The role requires a high level of proficiency in Google Workspace, Asana/Notion, and Slack, as well as experience in preparing executive-level documents and presentations. The ideal candidate will be a clear, concise communicator, calm under pressure, and able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a strong commitment to ethical practices and responsible AI.
