About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Residential and Case Management Programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of service delivery and financial performance of all residential and case management programs, ensuring they align with the organization's mission and provide high-quality, evidence-based care for individuals with serious mental illness. This role involves maintaining compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and contractual obligations, as well as managing the program's budget, and using clinical KPIs to evaluate and enhance staff performance. The Executive Director will also be involved in the recruitment, supervision, and training of staff, and must be adept at building and maintaining relationships with funding sources and the community.
Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a Master's degree in a mental health-related field, with a preference for active California licensure. A minimum of 5 years' experience in program management and staff supervision, and a strong background in working with individuals with serious mental illness, are required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management, knowledge of relevant accreditation standards, and experience in implementing evidence-based mental health models.
