The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and a strong background in AWS, Python, Terraform, and modern CI/CD practices. Experience in managing infrastructure and product engineering in regulated or compliance-driven environments, particularly in health tech, is highly valued. The role requires a hands-on approach to technical tasks, including the implementation of AI solutions and their integration throughout the software development life cycle. As the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing a high-performing engineering team, as well as defining and executing the AI strategy in alignment with business objectives.
