About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff for Business Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the CCUS business development function, acting as a key partner to the BD team. This role involves ensuring the seamless execution of market analysis, the development of pitch materials and proposals, and the organization of the BD funnel. The Chief of Staff will also collaborate with the commercial team to support deal execution and client engagement, and serve as a strategic partner to the VP of BD, helping to prioritize initiatives and manage workflows.
Applicants must have 3-5 years' of experience in business development, commercial strategy, or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering results. The role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a degree in business administration, marketing, or finance, and an MBA is also preferred. Experience in upstream Oil & Gas is essential, and experience with CCUS is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research and analysis, be proficient in PowerPoint and proposal writing, and have experience working with Salesforce.
