The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their executive team. The COO will be responsible for the strategic and financial leadership of the business, working closely with the executive team to develop and execute long-term operational strategies that align with the company's goals and growth objectives. This role requires a strong focus on operational oversight, including managing multiple plant locations, P&L centers, and ensuring high standards of service, quality, and safety. The successful candidate will also be tasked with performance management, team leadership, compliance, and risk management, as well as customer and stakeholder engagement.
Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of 10-15 years' progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, with a preference for those with a background in the paper or recycling industry.
