About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Audit to lead its internal audit function with a focus on transforming the role of audit from a mere oversight activity to a strategic enabler of organizational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, risk-based audit plan that not only ensures compliance but also drives continuous improvement and strengthens governance. This key executive leadership position requires a strategic mindset, operational depth, and a commitment to integrity, transparency, and service. The Vice President, Audit will be a credible subject matter authority, a leader of people and process, and a collaborative communicator, capable of engaging with senior leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders.

Candidates for the Vice President, Audit role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in auditing, with a strong emphasis on accounting, and at least 8 years' in a supervisory role. Essential criteria include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, comprehensive knowledge of auditing standards and methods, and the ability to apply them to a wide range of auditing activities.
