About the Role

The Head of Marketing Analytics will be responsible for leading the execution of of marketing data analytics efforts that drive insights, improve performance, and support data-driven decisions across the organization. You’ll develop and implement a comprehensive analytics roadmap, leverage advanced statistical techniques and analytics platforms to analyze marketing performance, attribution, customer behavior, and campaign ROI, and translate data into actionable recommendations that inform strategy and optimize marketing investments. In this role you will manage and mentor a team of analytics professionals, collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales and data/tech teams to ensure data quality and alignment with business objectives, and communicate complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders through dashboards, reports, and presentations. You will also champion best practices in testing, measurement and experimentation (e.g., A/B tests) and stay abreast of industry trends and analytical methodologies to continually enhance capabilities.

Candidates should have extensive experience in marketing analytics, data science or a related quantitative field, typically including several years managing analytics teams and driving impactful business insights from data. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or Business is required, with advanced degrees or credentials strongly preferred. You must be highly proficient in analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python/R, BI/visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI) and possess deep understanding of digital marketing channels, attribution models, and performance measurement. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills are critical, along with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and present complex data in clear, actionable terms. A proven track record of transforming data into strategic recommendations that drive growth and improve marketing effectiveness is essential for success in this leadership role.
