This role is pivotal in supporting the organization in expanding its financial operations knowledge and skill, as well as directing the development of new systems, policies, and procedures to drive impact. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader, embracing change, and bringing a strategic mindset to evolving business needs. They will also be responsible for championing change management, fostering innovation, and ensuring inclusive and equitable team management.
Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have at least 15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading the finance function in a complex organization. A strong background in financial operations, particularly within the philanthropic space, is highly preferred.
