The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its well-established organization, which has a strong presence and deep roots in the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating a leadership transition, modernizing management systems, and developing a fundraising and marketing strategy. This role requires a seasoned organizational leader with a compassionate and authentic approach, skilled in leadership, and with a strong background in the nonprofit sector, particularly in the areas of fundraising, financial management, and community engagement. The Executive Director will also be tasked with ensuring the organization's mission of supporting the elderly and individuals with disabilities is upheld and expanded, and must be adept at fostering a positive, inclusive culture and empowering staff.
The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company will have a minimum of 7 years' of senior leadership experience, with a preference for a degree in management or healthcare administration. They should be a visionary leader, experienced in change management, and have a solid understanding of the needs and medical considerations of the elderly. Strong industry knowledge, particularly in healthcare and homecare regulations, is essential.
