The Company is in search of a Vice President for Middle Office Operations to join their team. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional in hedge fund operations, with a proven track record in trade and investment operations, fund and investor operations, and process improvement. This role is pivotal in the firm's operational infrastructure, serving as a key liaison between various stakeholders and progressively taking on leadership and strategic execution responsibilities. The VP will be expected to oversee daily middle office functions, support the launch of new funds and strategies, and drive the design and implementation of scalable operational workflows. A strong understanding of the trade lifecycle, reconciliations, and counterparty management is essential, as is experience with fund administrators and prime brokers.
