About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead a multi-division sales organization and drive significant revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering over $15M in annual revenue, with a focus on automation and compressed air units, and will be expected to meet aggressive growth targets. This strategic and hands-on role involves leading a team of 12+ direct reports, implementing structured sales processes, KPIs, and planning disciplines, and ensuring a strong focus on prospecting and new customer acquisition. The VP of Sales will also be instrumental in shaping the long-term growth strategy in collaboration with executive leadership and must be prepared to engage directly with large industrial customers, OEMs, and distributors.

Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading teams that sell capital equipment, automation, robotics, or industrial solutions. The role requires a leader with strong coaching and talent development skills, the ability to drive accountability, and a results-oriented mindset. Experience in a private equity-owned company is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a builder and change agent, capable of growing top performers and addressing performance gaps with urgency. The position demands extensive travel and a hybrid work approach, with both field presence and in-office collaboration.
