The Company is in search of a transformational Chief Executive Officer to lead a high-growth SaaS platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's aggressive growth strategy, which includes a combination of organic expansion and strategic M&A to achieve significant revenue acceleration. The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong will to win, capable of honoring the company's past while steering it into the future. The ideal CEO will have a background in a PE-backed SaaS business, with a focus on commercial and operational experience, and a tenure of 10-20 years in progressive sales leadership.
Key responsibilities for the CEO include building the industry's dominant SaaS platform through product expansion and tuck-in acquisitions, as well as transforming the company into a powerful platform business. The candidate should be adept at leading a company through a control buyout and be prepared to work closely with the private equity sponsor to execute the investment thesis. While not mandatory, private equity experience is highly preferred, and the candidate's functional background may include a current CEO, President, or a proven #2 leader with full sales P&L ownership or a COO with demonstrated P&L oversight. The role is pivotal in driving the company's growth and preparing it for a planned exit in 2030.
