The Company is in search of a Vice President for Learning and Development to join their HR team and play a pivotal role in the design and implementation of a comprehensive L&D strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with assessing the organization's learning needs, identifying skill gaps, and creating a strategic learning roadmap that aligns with the company's objectives. This high-impact position involves the development, launch, and management of effective learning programs, as well as the ability to adapt these programs for diverse audiences and scale them to support the company's growth. The VP will also be responsible for tracking the effectiveness of the programs using data insights and must be adept at working in dynamic, lean environments with a strong focus on agility and adaptability.

Applicants for the VP, L&D role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years' of experience in L&D within professional services, consulting, or advisory firms. The role requires exceptional communication skills, including the ability to deliver executive-level presentations and provide clear, impactful reporting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in high-pressure, client-facing settings, and must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and responsiveness.
