The Company is seeking a Vice President for Retail Business Development to spearhead the full lifecycle of enterprise retail partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy, outreach, deal-making, and joint go-to-market planning with major U.S. and European retailers. This role requires a deep understanding of retail ecosystems, including loyalty data, in-store activations, retail media, and omnichannel measurement, to build data-driven solutions that drive incremental revenue for both retailers and brands. The VP will also be tasked with identifying, qualifying, and engaging retail partners, building executive-level relationships, and leading the full deal cycle from strategy through to close.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10-12 years' experience in retailer business development, retail analytics, shopper insights, or commercial partnerships. A proven track record in opening doors and closing enterprise retail partnerships is essential, as is strong analytical thinking and the ability to convert insights into commercial narratives. The role demands excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, as well as an entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach. Experience with major retail media networks, familiarity with clean rooms or data collaboration environments, and a background in leading insight-to-activation projects across in-store and digital are all considered advantageous.
