About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Counsel for Privacy and AI to lead its legal functions in these critical areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of legal privacy experts and building the governance program. This role involves providing actionable legal advice on a range of state and federal consumer and health privacy and AI laws, rules, and regulations that impact the company's products and services. The Managing Counsel will also be a key partner to various teams within the company, including marketing, product, engineering, and government affairs, and will be at the forefront of addressing the unique legal challenges that arise at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and e-commerce.
Applicants for this position should have a minimum of 12 years' of legal experience, with at least 5 years' in advising on privacy-related issues, including healthcare and consumer privacy, and 2 years' in advising on AI-related issues. The role requires a candidate with a strong management background, a proven track record in team building and mentorship, and the ability to be a trusted business partner.
