About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product Control to take ownership of end-to-end P&L reporting and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of the firm's P&L and financial reporting capabilities, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of insights to senior management and portfolio management teams. This role involves defining and managing the P&L reconciliation process, serving as the primary liaison between various financial functions, and leading new product implementations and trade flow processes. The Head of Product Control will also champion best practices, foster a collaborative culture, and mentor team members as the function grows.
