The Opportunity: The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Brand will serve as a key strategic leader reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role will be responsible for uniting Marketing, Digital Communications, and Integrated Public Relations business units under a cohesive vision to drive brand growth and organizational impact. The SVP will be charged with building capacity, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and accelerating the execution of a newly commissioned brand strategy and marketing plan.

Responsibilities: • Leading the overarching brand awareness strategy to strengthen the name recognition of Company to support future growth. • Supporting and guiding the Marketing Team to achieve strategic organizational goals through measured performance and outcomes. • Fostering and managing relationships with internal cross-functional teams, external vendors, and partners. • Maintaining a standard of excellence while executing multiple concurrent projects and their deliverables. Ideal Candidate: • Minimum of 10 years leading highly-effective nonprofit marketing teams. • Demonstrated ability to build a strategic roadmap to guide the multi-faceted Marketing Team to increase brand awareness and name recognition, which will lead to fundamental organizational growth. • Experience managing relationships with marketing-related vendors and marketing counterparts at corporate, consumer and retail brands. • Track record of meeting performance goals/KPIs and effectively managing expense budgets. • Close alignment with our mission to support military and veteran families. • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. • Experience working in a chapter, regional, and/or national footprint nonprofit. • Knowledge of large-scale fundraising events, fundraising event execution and brand partnership marketing. • Experience with robust direct mail and digital response programs. Preference for experience with CTV/DRTV advertising.

Location: This is a remote position.
