About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to lead the strategic and growth initiatives for its innovative, rapidly scaling healthcare services. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and owning the comprehensive marketing strategy across the organization's business units, with a focus on demand generation, retail acquisition, and brand development. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B and B2C marketing, particularly within retail-oriented healthcare settings. The VP of Marketing will be tasked with architecting the marketing roadmap to support aggressive growth goals, owning the annual marketing plan, and leading a high-performing marketing team. Key responsibilities include designing and executing lead-generation campaigns, driving patient acquisition, and optimizing the full marketing funnel. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack marketer, adept at shifting between strategy, analytics, creative, and field execution, and must have a strong background in data, analytics, and performance measurement.

Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP or Head of Marketing role. A successful track record in B2B demand generation, B2C growth, and retail traffic for brick-and-mortar businesses is essential, with a preference for those with healthcare experience. The role requires a leader with exceptional communication, strategic decision-making, and executive presence, as well as the ability to recruit, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing team. Experience in high-growth, multi-site, or multi-market environments, and a strong background in data, analytics, and performance measurement are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be an evidence-based decision maker, growth-obsessed, and have a builder mindset, with the potential to grow into a future Chief Marketing Officer.
