About the Role
The Company is in search of an AVP Treasury Management Banker to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with business development, consultative sales, and relationship management, with a focus on achieving new sales targets and portfolio revenue growth. This role requires the ability to partner with lenders and other stakeholders to identify and build opportunities for treasury management solutions, as well as to influence the sales process through industry trend analysis and product innovation. The AVP will be expected to execute a strategic market-based sales plan, meet annual performance metrics, and grow non-interest income.
Applicants for the AVP Treasury Management Banker position at the company should have a BA/BS degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of five years of proven treasury management sales experience. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Management (CCM) certification is preferred. The role demands a high level of product knowledge, the ability to drive deposits, and experience in territory management. The ideal candidate will also possess strong industry or vertical market expertise, a deep understanding of market/industry trends, and the ability to manage credit and operational risk.
