About the Role
The Regional Executive Director will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for a network of healthcare facilities in the region, which includes overseeing daily operations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality care, and driving performance against organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and managing financial and resource planning to maintain sustainability and operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as the senior leader for staff across multiple departments, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration while acting as a key liaison between regional teams and senior leadership to report on performance, challenges and growth opportunities.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as finance, healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline, with advanced degrees (MBA or MHA) preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in behavioral healthcare or related healthcare management settings, including at least seven years in supervisory or leadership roles, is typically required. You must possess a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality assurance standards, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage financial and operational performance across a multi-facility region. Demonstrated success in strategic planning, team development, and cross-functional collaboration is critical for success in this role.
