The Company is seeking an EVP for its Datacenter Low Voltage Cabling Business Unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling the business, with a strong focus on mission-critical datacenter infrastructure deployment. This executive will be tasked with owning P&L performance, driving operational excellence, and expanding customer relationships across various datacenter client segments. A key aspect of the role is to ensure industry-leading installation quality and safety. The ideal candidate should be a growth-oriented, entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in large-scale structured cabling, datacenter build programs, vendor ecosystem management, and high-velocity growth leadership.

The role demands a strategic thinker who can define and execute business unit strategies to increase revenue, profitability, and market share. The EVP will also be responsible for driving expansion into new geographic markets and service offerings, as well as establishing enterprise partnerships to support sustained growth. A deep understanding of competitive dynamics, cost drivers, and emerging technologies in the datacenter industry is essential, including areas such as AI data centers, high-density fiber architectures, and liquid cooling support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building the necessary structure, systems, and culture within the fast-scaling organization to ensure its continued success.
