The Company is in search of a VP of Platform Delivery to take on the pivotal role of owning and scaling client implementations. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting with the modernization of customer engagement, underwriting, and claims through a modular, API-first platform. This executive, hands-on leader will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that ensure the success of client implementations, from the initial deal to long-term satisfaction. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the U.S. implementation operating model, building and leading cross-functional delivery teams, establishing delivery KPIs, and creating repeatable delivery playbooks to enhance scalability.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in leading enterprise SaaS or platform implementations, with a preference for those who have experience in the insurance sector. A strong understanding of US insurance carrier technology ecosystems and a proven track record of delivering large, complex programs for enterprise clients are essential. The role requires a leader who is comfortable with Agile or hybrid delivery models, has executive presence, and can effectively engage in C-suite level client conversations. The VP of Platform Delivery will also be expected to have a commercial mindset, be data-driven, and focused on achieving outcomes. Experience in scaling delivery organizations and operating models in growth-stage environments is a key skill for this position.
