About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Counsel - Transactions to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a mid-level attorney with a minimum of 5 years' experience in renewable energy project finance, particularly in the area of reviewing and negotiating lending and tax equity agreements. This role is pivotal in supporting the Capital Markets team to ensure the timely and efficient execution of financing transactions that align with the company's project build schedules. Key responsibilities include the review, negotiation, and drafting of various financial agreements, close collaboration with the Capital Markets team, and the management of external counsel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of debt and tax equity financing structures, and experience in energy M&A transactions is a plus.

Applicants for the Senior Counsel - Transactions position at the company should possess a JD and be a current member in good standing of at least one state bar. The role requires the ability to balance legal risk with business priorities, a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
