About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transitioning the highest net worth relationships from the Founding Partner over a 2-3 year period and will have a clear track to equity partnership. This role involves serving as the lead advisor for ultra-high net worth households, providing them with the highest level of service and support. The Senior Wealth Advisor will have access to extensive planning capabilities, including in-house tax, compliance, and estate planning, and will be backed by the strength of a national platform.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of wealth management experience, with at least 5 years' as a lead advisor managing HNW/UHNW relationships. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in the industry, the ability to create and maintain well-balanced, risk-adjusted portfolios, and a deep understanding of individual securities, fixed income positions, high-quality ETFs, and alternative investments.
