The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Workers Compensation Claims with a strong background in the field. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a branch and supervising other Branch Managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient service that aligns with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a leader who can make a significant impact by collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, carriers, brokers, and sales teams, to cultivate relationships and elevate the company's expertise in the market. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years' related claims experience, with at least 8 years in a supervisory role, and a proven track record of driving performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities for the Assistant Vice President include defining and motivating performance to meet area and branch goals, using analytics and technology to enhance team efficiency, and managing multiple priorities to ensure the team's success. The role demands a professional with a High School Diploma, a minimum of 15 years' related claims experience, and at least 8 years' of supervisory experience. The candidate should be appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are being handled and have a strong knowledge of all team member-related functions. A Bachelor's degree is desired. The successful candidate will be a critical thinker, problem solver, and a champion of the company's culture and values, inspiring others to exceed expectations.
