About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Investments to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing new grocery-anchored shopping center acquisitions in the Western United States. This role demands a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in leading the acquisition due diligence process and a strong ability to work with internal management, as well as the national brokerage and property owner community. The Vice President will be expected to create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, manage the acquisition and due diligence process, and oversee the preparation of investment memoranda. The role also involves assisting in the execution of the company's overall disposition strategy and requires a candidate who is self-reliant, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering clear and transparent communication.

Candidates for the Vice President, Investments position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a specific focus on retail real estate.
