Performance Tester (LoadRunner & JMeter Expert)

Candidate should have a maximum of 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years onsite. Tier 1 background and recent FinTech/Banking domain experience are highly preferred.
Job responsibilities and qualifications:
- 4-6 years of hands‑on performance/automation testing experience in scripting, coding, execution and test analysis.
- Proficient with performance testing tools: LoadRunner, Apache JMeter, BlazeMeter, Tricentis Neoload, BPU Load testing.
- Experience with monitoring tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, DataDog, Splunk, SQL Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, App Insights.
- Strong understanding of the performance testing lifecycle.
- Knowledge of architecture and performance‑tuning SQL queries.
- Hands‑on experience with JVM tuning techniques.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and open‑source tools like Grafana.
- Strong skills in using profiling tools to identify bottlenecks.
