Data Analyst – San Diego, CA
Duration: 12‑month contract (high possibility of extension)
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday‑Friday)
Commute: Required – 92121 ZIP code

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for day‑to‑day business activities for the Product Release Team (PRT) and the Product Data Supervisor.
• Assign item/catalog numbers and input and maintain relevant data in the ERP system.
• Provide technical support to perform data analysis and preparation that contributes to data reporting and overall data integrity.
• Ensure all item‑related data is available in the necessary systems and legal entities.
• Help with process improvement and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Database entry or management experience (min. 1 year).
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• ERP experience (min. 1 year; hands‑on preferred).
• Jet Report / Power BI knowledge.
• SQL or understanding of if/then logic‑based statements.
• PIM/MDM knowledge (preferred).
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and strong communication.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of the biotech industry, biology, and/or immunology (preferred).
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices and bills of material (preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or completing soon) in any major, preferably data or biology.
