Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source qualified candidates, and drive a smooth, efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviewsCoordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates
  • Evaluate candidates against role-specific must-haves and nice-to-haves
  • Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate hiring data
  • Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
  • Work with agencies or vendors as needed for specialized roles

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Experience hiring for technical, corporate, or operational roles (based on company needs)
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines

Compensation

  • $150k
