Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple roles. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source qualified candidates, and drive a smooth, efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviewsCoordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates
- Evaluate candidates against role-specific must-haves and nice-to-haves
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintain accurate hiring data
- Support employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Work with agencies or vendors as needed for specialized roles
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience hiring for technical, corporate, or operational roles (based on company needs)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines
