Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to support advisory, payroll, benefits, and compliance
• Serve as the regional HR expert for the Americas and partner with leadership to align strategies
• Oversee payroll management, ensure compliance, and support mergers and acquisitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience managing HR teams and aligning functions with business goals
• Deep understanding of HR compliance and employment laws across multiple regions
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly ADP Workforce Now
