Details for General Laborer | Janitor | Groundskeeper position:

• $16/Hour
• Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (perks upon hire including company vehicle)

Job duties for General Laborer | Janitor | Groundskeeper:

• Gather material
• Responsible for the upkeep of buildings and surrounding areas by vacuuming, cleaning carpets, floors, walls, and furniture
• Maintains laundry rooms, offices, kitchens, halls, stairways, and meeting rooms
• Performs unit cleaning after move-outs, paints walls and ceilings, vacuums, mops, strips, and waxes floors
• Additionally, cleans windows, loads and unloads cleaning equipment, and prepares rooms for meetings
• Takes care of outdoor areas by mowing grass, trimming shrubbery, picking up trash, and shoveling snow
• Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications for General Laborer | Janitor | Groundskeeper:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be available to be on call for emergencies
• General Knowledge of building cleaning practices; supplies and equipment and ability to use them economically and efficiently
• Ability to understand oral and written directions
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• General knowledge of handy services including painting, building maintenance, groundskeeping, etc.
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
