Pay & Benefits

- Lead daily BOH operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen
- Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost controls
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards
- Train, schedule, and motivate a BOH team of 5-10
- Ensure recipe accuracy, portioning, and plate presentation
- Foster a calm, organized, respectful kitchen culture
- BOH leadership experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager
- Strong scratch-kitchen and execution skills
- Experience with inventory management and vendor communication
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
- Food safety certification preferred
- Steady, consistent leadership style under pressure
