POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development, onboarding, and growth of suppliers as the company increases parts purchased from external partners, ensuring stable manufacturing processes for customer demand.
• Involved at all stages of the product lifecycle: influencing design at concept stage, supplier assessment and selection, identifying key process characteristics, manufacturing/assembly process and controls development, process capability analysis, and change management.
• Working with cross‑functional teams to assess and mitigate technical risk and ensure product integrity as parts transfer to suppliers.
• Applying broad manufacturing method expertise to quickly establish technical capability.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field (Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering is a plus).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment.
• Experience in Complex Machined Parts and Gears – required.
• Technical expertise in metallurgy, processing, metrology, GD&T, electrical motor assemblies, and supplier improvement efforts.
• Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to drive best practices from customer interaction.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation: Based on experience – one of the best in the industry.
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant subject (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain); Manufacturing, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering is a plus.
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment.
