Responsibilities
Evaluate, select, and apply advanced design and technical methods, managing project assignments from programming to construction documents.
Understand the architectural design process and lead interior design components.
Develop and produce construction documents and detail sketches, incorporating revisions.
Provide programming, space planning analysis, and area calculations.
Work independently and collaboratively to meet project budgets and schedules.
Develop and coordinate presentation materials.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Mentor junior staff and utilize technical skills in Revit and other software.
Qualifications
Professional degree in Interior Design or related field.
5+ years of experience, including healthcare projects.
Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and Revit.
Experience across all project phases.
Effective communication skills.
Problem-solving, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
Collaborative work ethic.
LEED AP certification or within 6 months of hire.
Interest in NCIDQ certification or licensure.
