- Services offered in the practice: All general dermatology services including biopsies, skin checks, all dermatologic conditions excluding Mohs
- Exam Rooms per provider: 2

- Clinical Provider Daily Volume: 30
- Appointment Length: 15 minutes

- Teaching opportunity: If desired, do have FP residency program
Job Responsibilities:
- General Dermatology care in a clinic setting. Medical staff at hospital is required in case infusions are ordered at the infusion center
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- Active IA License or Active IMLC LOQ (must upload a copy of LOQ at time of name clear - REQUIRED
- Fellowship trained in Dermatology - REQUIRED
