We are seeking acompassionate, pediatric-trained Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join ourdedicated behavioral health team in Reading, PA. This full-time opportunityoffers a balanced 4-day work week-three days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and oneextended day from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM-providing both work-life balance andcontinuity of care for patients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outpatientpsychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing medication management forchildren and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with amultidisciplinary team including therapists, pediatricians, and support staff.
  • Maintain accuratedocumentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.
  • Engage in care coordinationwith families, schools, and other healthcare providers when appropriate.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary of$165,000 - $175,000, based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate inNursing from an accredited institution.
  • Active and unrestrictedPennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Board Certification as aPsychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), with pediatric experienceor certification strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years ofclinical experience in child/adolescent psychiatry (new grads with strongpediatric backgrounds may be considered).
  • Excellent communication,documentation, and collaboration skills.
