Warehouse Supervisor (Distribution) We’re hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and drive performance in a fast‑paced, high‑SKU distribution environment. This role oversees shipping/receiving and warehouse associates, ensures quality and accuracy, and supports continuous improvement. Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities Supervise warehouse team activities across shipping, receiving, picking/packing, and replenishment Monitor KPI performance, address gaps, and support team productivity and accuracy Review and route sales orders; ensure quality control before shipment Build staffing schedules using a resource requirement model Manage daily cycle counts and inventory accuracy; monitor supply levels Coordinate transportation services and shipping activity Use ERP and shipping tools to enter/look up order and shipment information (experience with MAS200 and UPS systems is a plus) Qualifications 3+ years in distribution/warehouse environments (high SKU count preferred) with lead/supervisory experience Strong communication, leadership, and ability to work with minimal supervision Comfortable with MS Office and distribution systems (ERP/WMS/TMS) Lean/Six Sigma exposure is a plus Great Work History (Stability) Warehouse setting; frequent lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional up to 40 lbs; standing/walking throughout shift Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Additional Information Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Management Industries: Warehousing and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr
