Responsibilities Ensure total customer satisfaction through courteous service while performing assigned duties in warehouse and assisting customers with loading and unloading merchandise Record all required data when processing a customer’s pick-up Verify merchandise and location through computer records; record data for customer pick-ups and returns Record license number and verify vehicle model; verify that the customer has no balance and can safely receive merchandise Thank the customer for their purchase Issue, receive and store material, supplies, and equipment according to procedures Maintain open communication with management; follow Visual Merchandiser instructions regarding displays Maintain list of customer pick-ups and ensure every customer is assisted; complete warehouse closing checklist Inspect received merchandise for integrity and accuracy on inventory Perform duties in accordance with safety rules and operating regulations; report safety issues to management; wear required safety equipment; verify dock gates are secured Maintain safety and security of company property; keep work area clean and orderly; maintain records and files Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by store management, including assistance with customer deliveries outside of the store Support any policy, system, or work rule changes implemented by the company Physical Demands Must be able to lift, stoop, bend, push or pull up to 100 pounds Must be able to sit/stand for up to a 10 hour shift Position Details Position Type: Full-time / Regular Location: Warehouse Tag: #bswarehouse This employment opportunity is available at the organization listed at the top of this page.
