Our client is seeking a Waste Solutions Specialist to join their growing team in Rockport, Texas! Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Provide accurate information on services, pricing, and scheduling
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate waste management solutions
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and service agreements
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely service delivery and resolve issues
• Manage customer accounts, including billing inquiries and payment follow-ups
• Track and report sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends
• Upsell and cross-sell services, including bulk collection, valet trash, and specialty solutions
• Maintain accurate documentation of calls, follow-ups, and account activity
• Support the Business Development team as needed
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors preferred)
• 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) is a plus
