Travel Pharmacist Inpatient Hospital
Contract Length:
13 Weeks (with option to extend) Location:
Nationwide (variety of locations available travel fully covered) Start Date:
Flexible Immediate and future start dates available Key Responsibilities:
Provide
clinical and operational support
in an inpatient hospital pharmacy
Review and verify physician orders, monitor drug therapies, and adjust based on patient care needs
Collaborate with medical teams in ICU, ER, med-surg, or oncology units
Ensure compliance with
state board regulations ,
Joint Commission standards , and hospital protocols
Supervise technicians and oversee sterile IV compounding if applicable
Job Requirements:
Recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
(required)
PGY1 or PGY2 residency
(strongly preferred)
Active pharmacist license
in at least one U.S. state
Willingness to obtain new state licenses
(Soliant will assist)
Strong knowledge of
clinical workflows , EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), and formulary management
