Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for Speech Language Pathologists to provide support within K-12 schools located in the Saint Augustine, FL area. The position is a contract role covering the current school year with responsibilities across multiple school sites. Candidates will serve students ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade, providing therapeutic services designed to address mild to moderate speech and language needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy to students across Pre-K to 12th grade Manage caseloads estimated around 60 students, varying by location Travel between multiple school sites as needed to provide services Collaborate with educators and other support staff to develop individualized education plans Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state regulations Qualifications: Active Florida Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist license Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting preferred Ability to manage a caseload and work efficiently across multiple sites Strong communication and organizational skills Work Details: Location: On-site in Saint Augustine, FL; itinerant service model across various schools Contract Duration: Current School Year Hours: Approximately 35 hours per week (7 hours per day) This role offers the opportunity to impact student learning and communication skills in a supportive educational environment.
