Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an opportunity to support students across all grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade, in a school setting located in East Wenatchee, WA. The role is contract-based, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through the end of the school year. The professional will provide essential psychological services aimed at promoting student well-being and academic success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-12 Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Implement evidence-based interventions to address behavioral, emotional, and learning challenges Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies accordingly Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert recommendations Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with state and school policies Qualifications: Active School Psychologist State License required Experience working with students across multiple grade levels: K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and school personnel Ability to manage caseloads independently with attention to detail and professionalism Benefits: Competitive compensation with a pay rate starting at $50+/hour Weekly pay for convenience and financial flexibility Comprehensive insurance options, including medical, dental, vision, and life coverage Access to matching 401(k) retirement plan to support future financial goals Flexible spending account to help manage healthcare expenses This is a 30-hour per week role spread over five days, ideal for professionals focused on making a positive impact in educational settings.
