Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to provide essential services within a K-12 school environment in Columbiana, AL. This contract role spans the current school year and requires on-site presence across three schools: Chelsea Middle, Chelsea High, and Columbiana Middle. Responsibilities include: Delivering comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Collaborating with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs). Monitoring student progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve targeted communication goals. Maintaining accurate records and documentation consistent with school policies and professional standards. Participating in school meetings and continuous professional development activities. Qualifications: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC). Experience working in school settings is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage caseloads across multiple school sites efficiently. Flexibility and professionalism to adapt to a dynamic educational environment.
