Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Provide specialized speech and language therapy services to elementary students in an engaging school environment located in Arvada, CO. This contract position, running from March 19, 2026, to May 22, 2026, offers the opportunity to work full-time (35+ hours per week) within a supportive educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personalized speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students, focusing on assessment, treatment, and progress monitoring. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress in compliance with district and state requirements. Utilize evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of the student population. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school climate. Support students during critical developmental periods within the school year. Qualifications and Experience: Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure. Valid Colorado Department of Education (DOE) certification. Willingness to work full-time during the contract period. Clinical Fellowship Candidates are encouraged to apply; Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) are not eligible. Experience working within school settings preferred but not required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Location: Position based at an elementary school in the Arvada area, part of the greater Denver school district community.
