Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise in delivering speech therapy services through teletherapy and in traditional school settings for a high school environment. The assignment spans a full semester, providing consistent support to students within scheduled school hours. Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 37 students. Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to conduct remote sessions. Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each students needs. Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the academic environment. Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes. Adjust schedules and therapy methods flexibly, primarily maintaining hours from 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, with potential modifications based on caseload requirements. Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required. Demonstrated experience in school-based speech therapy services. Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery. Ability to manage a diverse caseload with strong organizational skills. Effective communication skills to work with students, families, and educational staff. Location: Position is located in Owosso, Michigan, serving students at the high school level.
