Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A part-time School Psychologist position is available to support an elementary school, with work scheduled for three days per week from ASAP through June 16th. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated professional with a background in school psychology who is passionate about contributing to the academic and emotional well-being of young students. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for elementary students to identify learning needs and challenges Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide counseling and behavioral interventions to support student success Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expert insights to student support strategies Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes Desired Qualifications: Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist Experience working with elementary-aged students in educational settings Strong understanding of child development, learning disabilities, and behavioral health issues Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with school staff and families Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally Location: Stamford, CT This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an elementary school community while working a part-time schedule that allows for flexibility. Immediate availability is preferred, with the assignment concluding in mid-June.
