Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time School Psychologist opportunity is available to support students in a K-12 school setting located in Sunnyvale, CA. This leave contract position begins ASAP and extends through April, focusing primarily on middle school students. The role requires a California School Psychologist License and a commitment to providing critical psychological services to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to inform individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement intervention strategies Provide counseling and crisis intervention to students as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success Monitor student progress and adjust services accordingly Qualifications: Valid California School Psychologist License Experience working within a school setting, preferably with middle school-age students Strong knowledge of child development, mental health issues, and educational interventions Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage confidentiality and sensitive information professionally Location: Sunnyvale, CA (K-12 School) Benefits and Perks: ProCare benefits package Highly competitive compensation with weekly pay Comprehensive insurance coverage including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Matching 401(k) retirement plan Flexible spending account options This contract position is an excellent opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive educational environment while making a meaningful difference in students' lives.
